OK if you like coconut but it's not that great a flour to use.
Has a lot of great information. Along with great recipes to bake. Great information in this book. You need to buy this.
This was a nice introduction to gluten free things. Many recipes caught my eye. Do recommend and will reread again.
Coconut flour can be kinda hard to cook with it's quite different than almond flour....I would suggest that peoples look up some coconut flour recipes online before purchasing a coconut flour cookbook
I enjoyed the recipes in this, and it helps to teach you how to use coconut flour. My only problem with it is the sugars used. Honey is one that I don't know what to substitute. I am on low carb diet. I am really glad I got it for the knowledge it provides.
I have enjoyed this cookbook, but until I got I had no idea that there was no outlet for the coconut flour where I live. Even though the book gives instructions on how to make the flour at home, At my age that is too much work
I will say that the recipes are well written and easy to follow.
Although I haven't yet tried any of the book's recipes (I just got the book today!), I am impressed with the specific guidelines given for developing my own recipes using coconut flour. I have just started using coconut flour, so I look forward to putting the author's guidelines into practice.
